While completing her MS in Forensic Toxicology at the University of Lincoln, Sona worked under the supervision of Dr. Konar. Her research focused on soil analysis, specifically utilizing PXRD for mineral identification.

Hakan earned his Master of Science in Forensic Science, achieving a distinction-level grade of 74% on his research project. Under the supervision of Dr. Konar, he specialized in mineral identification using Raman spectroscopy and Powder X-ray Diffraction (PXRD) techniques.

Faezeh Alijani completed her Master of Science in Analytical Sciences. She was working on a research project on solid-solid phase-change materials under the supervision of Dr Konar.

Altynay Shaikenova from Satbayev University (Kazakstan), visited the University of Lincoln as a guest researcher. She conducted a research with Dr Konar on transition metal chalcogenides.
